Deir Ezzor, SANA- Minister of Health, Dr. Musab al-Ali has conducted an inspection tour of several hospitals in Deir Ezzor Governorate to review their operations and assess the quality of healthcare services provided to patients.
During his visit, Dr. al-Ali listened to the needs of the healthcare staff and evaluated the current state of medical services to identify requirements and improve the healthcare system in the governorate.
He emphasized the ministry’s commitment to providing the necessary support to enhance healthcare services and to rehabilitate hospitals and health centers to ensure adequate medical care for the residents of the region.
Healthcare institutions in Deir Ezzor face challenges such as shortages of doctors, modern medical equipment, and medications, in addition to the extensive damage inflicted on several facilities due to former regime bombings.
