Deir Ezzor, SANA – Two civilians were martyred and others were injured on Tuesday when Qasad (SDF) members opened fire on people from al-Basira village north of Deir Ezzor city who had been protesting Qasad’s practices against locals.
Local and media sources said Qasad groups opened fire with live ammo on a group of people from al-Basira village who had been protesting their oppressive practices by blocking roads with burning tires and raising sign demanding Qasad leave the area.
The sources said two civilians were martyred and three others were injured as a result of Qasad opening fire on the protestors.
