Damascus, SANA –During its weekly session chaired by Prime Minister Imad Khamis on Sunday, the Cabinet discussed the Education Ministry’s preparations for the upcoming basic education and high school certificate exams in light of the high number of students compared to previous years.
The Cabinet stressed the need to provide a suitable and safe environment for students to take the exams.
The Cabinet also stressed the need to speed up procedures of the program for supporting people discharged from military service, in addition to approving a national framework for simplifying the procedures for providing services to citizens by state establishments.
The Cabinet tasked the Local Administration Ministry with presenting 10 economic development projects for each province to improve their economic conditions.
