Aleppo, SANA – An elderly woman was martyred on Sunday due to the escalating Turkish aggression on Afrin area.
Local sources told SANA that the Turkish forces attacked Sheikh Hadid area, claiming the life of a 60-year-old woman and destroying a number of houses.
Turkish forces and its terrorist mercenaries also carried out heavy bombardment on locals’ houses and farms in the villages of Rajo, Bulboul, Shran, Jandires and Midanki, causing massive material damage to the public and private properties.
The humanitarian situation in the area of Afrin is worsening as the citizens in the area are unable to get their basic daily needs due to the continuing Turkish aggression.
