Mechanisms for taking over and supervising oil fields and wells in northeastern Syria discussed

Damascus, SANA- Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Ghiath Diab, discussed during his meeting Tuesday with the cadres of the ministry, its institutions, and affiliated companies, the mechanisms for taking over and supervising oil fields and wells in northeastern Syria.

During the meeting, which was held at the ministry’s headquarters, Minister Diab called for the formation of specialized committees to supervise the receipt of oil fields and wells and to prepare comprehensive reports on the readiness and technical condition of these fields and wells.

He emphasized the importance of thoroughly monitoring equipment and tools to ensure the efficient workflow.
