Abdullahian: Terrorist organizations in Syria, Iraq have foreign backers

Tehran, SANA – The acts of the takfiri terrorist organizations in Syria and Iraq could not have been committed without external support and facilitations, Iranian Assistant Foreign Minister for Arabn and African Affairs, Hossein Amir Abdullahian said Friday.

In statements to Iranian IRNA News Agency, Abdullahian said Syria and Iraq are in the first line of defense against takfiri terrorism, adding that the acts of these terrorist groups indicate a link between them and the Zionist Entity.

Abdullahian said that the fact that some countries are demanding preconditions for providing aid to Iraq to confront terrorism is odd as it is in the interests of all countries to confront terrorism without preconditions.
