Homs, SANA – Minister of Tourism Bishr Yazigi said on Sunday that Krak des Chevaliers will open its doors in front of tourists.
After a visit to the historic castle, Minister Yazigi told SANA reporter that huge efforts are being exerted to complete preparations for the 2015 al-Wadi Festival.
In turn, Homs Governor Talal Barazi said thanks to the sacrifices of the Syrian army the area is once again safe and stable and open for tourists.
Minister Yzaigi also visited al-Wadi Church in al- Nadara area to inspect the preparations for the al- Wadi Festival.
The Ministry of Tourism opened the Tourism Department in Homs western countryside with the aim of promoting the area and its tourist activities.
