Czech-Moravian Communist Party calls for immediate lifting of western sanctions on Syria

Prague, SANA- Czech-Moravian Communist Party has called for lifting the unilateral coercive measures imposed on Syria immediately to alleviate the suffering of its people as a result of terrorism and the devastating earthquake that rocked the country last Monday.

In a statement to SANA reporter in Prague, the Party’s Deputy Head, Milan Krajca, reiterated his strong condemnation of Western interference in Syria’s internal affairs and his opposition to the continued plundering of its natural resources by the US occupation forces.

Krajca expressed the solidarity of the party, along with the rest of the peaceful and progressive forces in the Czech Republic, with the Syrian people.
