Health Ministry: 106 new coronavirus cases recorded, 19 cases recover, 4 pass away

Damascus, SANA- The Health Ministry announced on Wednesday that 106 new coronavirus cases were recorded in Syria, adding that 19 other cases recovered, and four passed away.

In a statement, the Ministry noted that the total number of the reported coronavirus cases in Syria has reached up to 27,221, of which 22,348 have recovered, while 1,985 have passed away.

The first coronavirus case was detected in Syria on March 22^nd in a person who came from abroad, while the first death was registered on the 29^th of the same month.
