Syrian diplomat Sabah Qabbani passes away at 87

Damascus, SANA, Syrian diplomat and media man Sabah Qabbani passed away Thursday evening at the age of 87.

Qabbani served his country and held a number of positions including the first Syrian TV director in 1960 and Syria’s ambassador to US from 1974 to 1980.
