Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad on Sunday issued the legislative decree no. /5/ increasing salaries of the families of martyrs, the missing and the cases of ill health pension who suffer a disability rate of 40 percent or more from the military and internal security forces by SYP 20,000.
