Havana, SANA- Minister of Industry of Cuba, Salvador Pardo Cruz said that Syria is the first line of defense against global imperialism, expressing his confidence in Syria ability to triumph over terrorism and its supporters.
Meeting Syrian Ambassador in Cuba, Idris Mayya, Cruz pointed out to the importance of strengthening economic relations between the two countries, especially in the industrial sector.
For his part, the Syrian Ambassador said that the terrorists targeted the infrastructure and economic facilities since the beginning of the war on Syria.
The reconstruction stage has started in most of the areas and the Syrian cities as hundreds of factories and manufactures resumed production after the Syrian Arab Army had restored security and stability there, he added.
Mayya welcomed Cuba’s participation in the reconstruction process in Syria.
