Terrorists target al-Zara power plant and other areas in Hama, Homs, and Damascus Countryside with shells

Provinces, SANA – Terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra targeted al-Zara power plant in the southern countryside of Hama province with a number of mortar shells, causing material damage to it.

SANA’s reporter in Hama said that a number of mortar shells landed in the hall of al-Zara power plant and the workers’ housing which caused material damage.

Later, terrorists positioned in the northern countryside of Hama province fired a number of rocket shells which hit citizens’ houses in al-Saqailabiah and Salhab.

SANA’s reporter in Hama said that terrorist groups affiliated to Jabhat al-Nusra fired 3 rocket shells on al-Saqailabiah city, causing material damage to citizens’ houses and properties, and that 2 more rocket shells landed in Salhab town and caused material damage to residential buildings.

Material damage due to terrorist attack with shells in Homs

Terrorists from ISIS fired a number of shells on the village of al-Sankari to the east of Homs city, causing material damage.

Local sources told SANA’s reporter that ISIS terrorists positioned in Rahoum and Um Sahrij villages targeted al-Sankari village with a number of rocket shells, one of which landed in the primary school of the village where the students were taking their exams, causing material damage to properties.

Civilian killed, another injured due to terrorist mortar attack in Damascus Countryside

Meanwhile in Damascus Countryside, one civilian was killed and another was injured due to terrorist attacks with mortar shells on Harasta suburb.

A source at Damascus Countryside Police Command told SANA that terrorists located in al-Qaboun and Eastern Ghouta areas fired three rocket shells at Harasta suburb, claiming the life of one person and injuring another, in addition to causing material damage to citizens’ homes and properties.
