Sweida, SANA – Popular Defense Groups in the southern Sweida province confiscated ammunition and explosive materials belonging to terrorists in the far eastern countryside of the province.

SANA reporter in Sweida said a unit of the popular defense groups ambushed a terrorist group that was transporting explosive devices and highly explosive materials on board two motorcycles in Khirbet al-Husseiniyeh area in the eastern parts of Sweida near the Syrian al-Badia.

The reporter said 7 explosive devices and 12 kg of highly explosive materials were confiscated.
