Doha, SANA-Qatar has condemned the Israeli occupation’s attacks on Syria, describing them as a blatant violation of Syria’s sovereignty, a serious breach of international law and the UN Charter, and a reckless act that undermines regional security and stability.
In a statement, the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that the repeated assaults on the new Syria clearly demonstrate a defiance of international will, which supports its rebuilding and rise, and the establishment of peace in the region.
The ministry called on the international community to take decisive action against the occupation to deter its aggressive and irresponsible behavior, which poses a serious threat to both regional and global security.
The statement reiterated Qatar’s unwavering support for Syria’s sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, and the aspirations of its brotherly people to live with dignity.
