Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will remain around average or slightly higher as the country is affected by a superficial high air pressure accompanied by southwestern relatively cold air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya “desert” areas.
The weather will be cold at night over the coastal mountains and inland areas and the wind will be changeable to northwesterly with a low speed and the sea waves will be of a low height.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 28/13, Daraa 27/13, Hama 28/13, Lattakia 27/17, Aleppo 28/13 and Deir Ezzor 31/14.
