Brussels, SANA – UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon called on Russia and the United States to resume talks on Syria.

During a press conference held in Strasburg, Ki-moon said that he intends to go to attend a conference on Afghanistan in Brussels where he will meet US State Secretary John Kerry and high-ranking Russian and EU officials to urge them to resume talks.
