Moscow, SANA-Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov called on his US counterpart John Kerry to enhance counterterrorism efforts against the terrorist groups that are killing Syrian civilians.

According to Russian Foreign Ministry, Lavrov discussed with Kerry during a phone call the steps which must be taken by Russia and United States as co-chairs of the International Syria Support Group (ISSG) to implement the resolutions of the UN Security Council on Syria.
