Homs/Aleppo, SANA – Terrorist groups in Homs violated the truce by shelling neighborhoods in the city on Wednesday morning.
According to a source at Homs Governorate, a rocket shell fired by terrorists hit al-Muhajireen neighborhood, leaving five people injured and causing material damage in the site.
Two other shells landed in al-Arman and al-Zahraa neighborhoods, causing material damage but no human casualties.
In the same context, one civilian was killed and more than twenty others were injured in rocket attacks on Aleppo neighborhoods in continuous attempts by the terrorist groups to foil the truce (a regime of silence) that was announced by the General Command of the Army and Armed forces.
A source at Aleppo Police Command told SANA late Tuesday that terrorist groups targeted the neighborhoods of Suleiman al-Halabi, Salah-Eddin and al-Sayyed Ali with tens of rocket shells, killing one civilian and injuring more than twenty others, some of whom are in critical condition.
The attacks also caused huge material damage to private and popular properties, including destruction of some locals’ houses.
Earlier on Tuesday, a source at Aleppo Governorate said that 57 civilians were killed, including 15 children, 22 women, and 497 other civilians were injured in terrorist attacks against residential neighborhoods in Aleppo during the last four days.
