Lattakia, SANA – Food stuff and gifts provided by Russia were distributed to displaced schoolchildren in the coastal Lattakia province on Thursday.
The beneficiaries are children who are studying at Oudai Hammoud School and al-Baraem al-Seghar kindergarten in Qneines neighborhood in Lattakia city.
Head of the Public Relations Department at Lattakia Governorate Anas Ghanem said this initiative has been coordinated with the Russian side and is aimed at providing assistance to children in general and those displaced from neighboring areas in particular.
Oudai Hammoud school headmistress Guinea Dibeh told SANA reporter that the school accommodates 300 students who are from Aleppo, Idleb and Raqqa provinces.
