Damascus, SANA – Temperatures drop to remain around average as the country is affected by low air pressure accompanied with southwestern currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general as local rain showers are also expected.
The winds will be westerly to southwesterly of light to moderate speed, and the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 24/10, Daraa 23/10, Homs 23/09, Hama 25/10, Hasaka 22/11, Lattakia 21/12, Aleppo 22/09 and Deir-Ezzor 26/10.
