Lattakia, SANA-The Russian Center for Coordinating and observing the cessation of hostilities in Hmeimeem said on Thursday that 9 breaches of the cessation of hostilities by terrorists were observed during the past 24 hours.
The breaches took place in the countryside of Damascus, Aleppo and Idleb.
The Coordination Center received a request from a leader of one of the armed groups in Homs province to join to the cessation of hostilities agreement, bringing to 43 the number of armed groups that have declared their commitment to the cessation of hostilities in Syria.
The Center confirmed the information reported by locals in Idleb who said that the terrorists of Jabhat al-Nusra are detaining nearly 30 people for ransom at the prison of Harem city in the countryside of Idleb.
