Havana, SANA- Havana denied what the US media have reported on Cuban troops in Syria.

Director General for Bilateral Affairs at the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Gerardo Penalver categorically denied in a statement Saturday “the
irresponsible and unfounded information regarding the supposed presence of Cuban troops in the Syrian Arab Republic”.

American “Fox News” quoted an unnamed US official claims that units of Cuban troops have been existed in Syria.
