Decision of Knesset blatant violation to International law_ Arab Parliament

Cairo, SANA- The Arab Parliament has rejected the decision made by the Israeli Knesset refusing the establishment of the Palestinian State, saying that such decision is a flagrant defiance to all international endeavors to stop the aggression on Gaza.

In its statement today, the parliament said that the recognition of Palestinian State by 149 UN member States represents a firm international will to establishing a sovereign and independent Palestinian State.

The parliament called for freezing the membership of the Israeli entity in United Nations and the Inter-Parliamentary Union, thus “Israel” could be forced to commit to the international legislative resolutions, as well as the rights of the Palestinians.

It reiterated the necessity of the international efforts to stop genocide, ethnic cleansing and forced displacement exercised against the people of Gaza, in addition to supporting the Palestinians till they restore all their rights, first and foremost the right to return, self-determination and establishing their Sovereign State with Jerusalem as its capital.
