Damascus, SANA- The authorities on Monday pumped quantities of foreign currency in the market at the price of SYP 322 against one USD, a special source told SANA.
Pumping the foreign currency will be a daily process as the step is a part of the efforts exerted by the government to stabilize the SYP exchange rate and the foreign currency market.
The authorities called upon citizens to receive and send their transfers legally in order not to be prosecuted.
