Damascus, SANA- The Hospitals of Al-Mouwasat University Hospital, al-Mujtahid and Children hospitals in Damascus received three critical shipments of medical supplies, provided by the Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS), to improve the medical services provided to patients in the hospitals.
These shipments included essential items such as antiseptics, gloves, masks, and bandages—ensuring better care for patients across various departments.
Director of Supply at the Ministry of Health, Shadi Haj Hussein, indicated that providing these medical supplies is an important humanitarian step to develop the healthcare situation in Syria.
“This effort is part of a $1 million initiative funded by SAMS to strengthen Syria’s healthcare system and improve access to life-saving resources”He added.
