More than 56 thousand medical services provided to arrivals from Lebanon-Health Ministry

Damascus, SANA- Health Ministry continues to provide medical services to those arriving from Lebanon, as 56,154 free services were provided to more than 28,000 persons over 26 days.

The ministry said in a statement to SANA on Sunday that the services provided through border crossings in Damascus countryside, Tartous and Homs included vaccinations, shelter services, hospital services, and ambulance transportation services, in adition to many other services provided to children and women of childbearing age.

It is noteworthy that as part of response plan to provide services to the arrivals from Lebanon to Syria, the Ministry has put all hospitals affiliated with health directorates in border provinces with Lebanon in full readiness to receive any cases, in addition to sending the necessary medical supplies.
