Damascus, SANA-Students of the Syrian scientific Olympiad have obtained two silver and 3 bronze medals at the 2024 International physics Olympiad, which is being hosted by Iran during the period between the 21st and 29th of July this month.
Distinction and Creativity Agency said in a statement, that the two silver medals were gained by students Muhammad Eid al-Akta’ and Bahaa al-Din Melhem, while the bronze medals were gained by students Abdul Hadi Shamashan and Ziad Jalal Badla. And Anas Ali Mayya.
This is Syria’s tenth participation in the International Physics Olympiad, and during its participation last year, the Syrian Scientific Olympiad won two certificates of appreciation.
