SARC receives medical equipment and dialysis machines from the UAE

Damascus, SANA- Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) received on Saturday medical equipment and dialysis machines from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at Al- Othman Charitable Medical Center in Damascus, in the presence of the UAE Ambassador Hassan Ahmed al-Shehhi to Syria.

Head of SARC Khaled Al-Hboubati said that the equipment includes six dialysis machines and related medical supplies, noting the importance of the humanitarian support provided by the UAE to the Syrian people.

For his part, head of the Al-Othman center, Nizar Ghazal indicated that the center consists of specialized clinics and a number of departments such as the radiology and CT scan departments, the laboratory, and physical therapy, in addition to the kidney dialysis department , noting that the provided machines will help to serve patients and visitors.
