More than 4,700 Haj pilgrims leave Damascus International Airport

Damascus, SANA- The number of pilgrims who departed Damascus International Airport to Jeddeh has reached up 4763 for the 7th days in a row.

“23 Haj flights departed through the Syrian Airlines with 4461 pilgrims onboard, in addition to 302 pilgrims departing through Cham Wings Airlines heading to Kuwait for Jeddeh,” Transport Ministry posted on Facebook.

The ministry said that transportation of pilgrims is continuous to the sacred bayt Allah (House of God) in accordance with the permits granted to it, in coordination with the Ministry of Endowments and the authorities concerned in Saudi Arabia.
