Moscow, SANA- Russian air defenses shot down 12 drones launched by Ukrainian forces on five Russian provinces and the Republic of Mordovia in the southwest of the country.
“Ukrainian forces attempted to target Russian territory with terrorist attacks through drones”, RT website quoted Russian Defense Ministry as saying in a statement on Thursday.
Russian Ministry noted that the air defenses confronted those attempts and shot down 3 drones over Kursk Province, and many others over a number of provinces.
On Wednesday, Russian air defenses shot down 5 Ukrainian drones over the territory of Bryansk Province.
