Belarus condemns Israeli attack on Iranian consulate building in Damascus

Minsk, SANA- The Republic of Belarus condemned Tuesday the Israeli attack that targeted Iranian consulate in Damascus, stressing that any attack on diplomatic buildings, whose immunity is guaranteed by the Vienna Convention, is completely unacceptable.

Belarusian Foreign Ministry spokesman Anatoly Glaz said “this act is not only a clear violation of international law, but it also violates the foundations of modern international relations and regional and international security”.

The Israeli attack that targeted Iranian consulate building in Damascus on Monday caused the martyrdom of a number of innocent people.
