Damascus, SANA- Minister of Justice Najm Hamad al-Ahmad issued on Monday a decision for establishing a legal committee for combating cyber crimes.

The function of this committee will be to establish the necessary framework for combating cyber crimes and the mechanisms for investigation and processing according to the technical and legal standards for filing cases related to those crimes.

According to the decision, Deputy Justice Minister, Judge Taysser al-Smadi, will head the committee, and the committee should accomplish its task within two months at most.
