Hasaka, SANA- For the fourth day in a raw, popular protests against acts of QSD militia continue in Qamishli and its countryside.
“The people along with dozens of shop owners in the city gathered at the municipality roundabout, condemning the measures imposed on the residents by the militia which tightens the noose on their activities and force them to abandon their agricultural fields to escape being forcibly included to fight in the militia ranks”, locals told SANA.
Similar protests took to the streets in Amouda and Ma’abada in Qamishli countryside, and general strike was held in several neighborhoods in the city.
