Two appreciation certificates for Syria in Japan’s International Physics Olympiad

Damascus, SANA-Syrian Science Olympiad team obtained two appreciation certificates in the International Physics Olympiad of 2023, held in Japan from July 10^th to 17^th with the participation of 87 countries.

Distinction and Creativity Agency told SANA in a statement that the two appreciation certificates were obtained by students Mahmoud Mohammad Zaher Ayroud from Aleppo and Anas Ali Maya from Tartous.

This is the 10^th international participation in the Physics International Olympiad.

The Syrian team gained a bronze medal and four appreciation certificates last year.
