Syria, Pakistan discuss means to enhance cooperation in field of education

Damascus, SANA- Syria and Pakistan have discussed means to enhance cooperation and exchange experience between the two countries in the domain of developing the educational process.

That came during a meeting that brought together Minister of Education, Dr. Darem Tabbaa and the Pakistani Ambassador in Damascus Shahid Akhtar.

Minister Tabbaa underlined the importance of exchanging experiences in a way that enriches and develops the educational process, referring to the previous cooperation with the Pakistani school in the fields of teacher training and the development of English language teaching.

In turn, the Pakistani ambassador highlighted the importance of promoting human and educational values from the young age of the child, through emotional education that focuses on critical thinking, cooperation and knowledge, which is achieved by allocating various discussion topics in each discipline.

He stressed the necessity of enhancing cooperation between the ministry and the Pakistani school in the field of promoting values among students.
