Beijing, SANA- The 3rd China International Consumer Products Expo (Hainan Expo) in Haikou, the capital of south China’s Hainan Province, concluded its activities on Saturday with participation of Syria.
The Syrian pavilion witnessed a distinguished turnout by the visitors, including traditional products such as laurel soap, olive oil, Damascene brocade, shell wood, aromatic oils, cosmetics, and tourism promotional publications and pamphlets.
Diplomatic attaches Fadi Wassouf and Ziyad Zaytoun from the Syrian Embassy in Beijing shed light on the tourism sector in Syria which began to recover, and the availability of many investment opportunities and tourism attractions that characterize Syria, specifically the historical and cultural tourism that is of interest to the Chinese tourist.
The expo was held from 11th April to 15th April.
