Damascus, SANA- 16 weak tremors have been recorded over the past 24 hours, the National Earthquake Center (NEC) has announced.
The stations of the National Seismological Network have registered a quake in northeastern Hama, a quake 21 km northwest of Lattakia, and 9 quakes in Liwa Iskenderun, in addition to 5 tremors in Turkey, according to the Center.
The Center added that the magnitude of the recorded quakes ranged between 1.7 and 3 on the Richter Scale and at different depths that reached up to 31 km.
