Syrian Embassy in Moscow sends humanitarian aid shipment for quake victims in Syria

Moscow, SANA- The Syrian Embassy in Moscow sent Sunday a new shipment of humanitarian aid provided by Syrian community and some friendly Russian people for the people affected by the earthquake that struck Syria last month.

As a part of efforts exerted by the formed committee to accept donations regarding the response to earthquake disaster, a new shipment comprising 30 tons of humanitarian aid was sent on board a Russian cargo plane, which will arrive today at Lattakia Airport.

The embassy is also preparing a second 30-ton aid shipment, on board another Russian plane, which will be ready over the coming days.
