On behalf of President al-Assad, Aleppo Governor honors staff of civil defense and firefighters

Aleppo, SANA-On behalf of President Bashar al-Assad, Aleppo Governor, Hussein Diab honored staff of civil defense, emergency system and firefighters for their exceptional efforts they have exerted during the rescue operations, rubble removal and pulling up victims of the earthquake that hit the city on February 6^th.

 “President al-Assad’s generous gesture to men of the rescue operations is a message of amity and appreciation for those heroes who have spared no effort to rescue the victims, remove the rubble and search for survivors,” the Governor told SANA on Tuesday.

Staff of civil defense, emergency system and firefighters thanked President al-Assad for his generous gesture that gives them momentum to exert more efforts in the humanitarian field.
