Russia announces new humanitarian truce, opens corridors in a number of Ukrainian cities

Moscow, SANA- A new humanitarian truce came into effect on Friday morning in a number of Ukrainian regions by a decision of the Russian authorities taken yesterday.

The Russian Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine said that “despite Ukraine’s failure more than once to evacuate civilians and foreign citizens detained by nationalists in various cities, as well as due to the deteriorating humanitarian situation, Russia announces a cease fire from 10 o’clock in the morning at Moscow time on March 11 and opens humanitarian corridors in Kiev, Chernihiv , Kharkov, Sumy and Mariupol.”
