Trade Ministry reduces gasoline price from SYP 135 to 130

Damascus, SANA, Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection issued a decision on reducing gasoline price by SYP 5 per litre to become SYP 130 instead of 135.

Today’s reduction is the second of its kind after the ministry reduced price of gasoline from SYP 140 to 135 per liter at the end of last October.

Minister of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection Hassan Safyea said in a statement to SANA that the price drop comes in the framework of the government’s permanent endeavors to reduce prices whether for the food materials or for the oil productions.
