Hasaka, SANA- A child was martyred and two others were injured after the explosion of a mine which had been planted by QSD gunmen earlier while they were fortifying their positions and headquarters in the vicinity of Tal Tamir, northwest of Hasaka.
Local sources in the region told SANA that a landmine went off in the village of al-Farhiyah, which is affiliated to Tal Tamir township, in Hasaka countryside, causing the martyrdom of a 6-year-old child and the injury of his 9-year-old sister and 7-year-old cousin.
A medical source told SANA reporter that the two children were placed in the intensive care unit as they were severely injured by shrapnel in different parts of the body.
Two children were martyred and three girls were seriously injured on June 14th this as a result of the explosion of a landmine that QSD militants had planted earlier while they were fortifying their positions in al-Malikiyah City in Hasaka countryside.
QSD militiamen have planted hundreds of mines in various places around their positions as a part of fortifying these sites, after the escalation of operations targeting them in recent months, which resulted in the martyrdom and wounding of hundreds of them in the Syrian al-Jazeera region.
