President al-Assad issues law no. 17 on Real Estate Service Fees

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued on Thursday Law No. 17 for 2021, which aims to achieve justice in receiving real estate fees, based on actual prices of real estate and the development of real estate services and presenting them electronically.

According to the new law, real estate service fees will be amended to keep pace with the current actual values of real estate.
