Temperatures to drop, rainfalls expected over some areas

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will continue to drop, to become slightly below average as the country is affected by a low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general over the northwestern and coastal regions, rain showers accompanied by thunder are expected over those areas.

The winds will be northwesterly with a speed of 70/km per hour, gradually subsiding during the evening and night hours, and the sea waves will be high in amplitude.

The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows:

Damascus 18/6, Daraa 16/5, Homs 16/5, Hasaka 18/7, Tartous 19/11, Aleppo 18/5, Deir Ezzor 21/8.
