A 3.8 magnitude earthquake hits Syrian-Iraqi borders

Damascus, SANA- An earthquake measuring 3.8 on Richter scale, and at a depth of 27 km hit on Wednesday the Syrian-Iraqi borders.

 The National Center for Earthquakes, in a statement, said that the earthquake occurred at 07:06 am on Wednesday in area on the Syrian-Iraqi borders southeast of Hasaka.

A light earthquake measuring 3.1 on Richter scale, and at a depth of 5 km hit the Syrian-Iraqi borders on 2nd of current February.
