Giulianova, SANA – The Tourism Ministry and the Syrian community in Italy launched on Saturday the Syrian Tourism Day activity in the conferences hall in the Italian city of Giulianova.
The event included a seminar on the methodical vandalism of Syria’s cultural heritage at the hands of terrorists, in addition to a photo exhibition showcasing Syrian heritage sites before and after terrorists vandalized them.
This event, which is part of the Syrian Tourism Day activities held in various places around the world by the Tourism Ministry and Syrian communities abroad, will be concluded on January 10th.
The Syrian Tourism Day activities were launched on June 13th in Toronto Canada, with the goal of holding activities in several countries to relay the truth about what is happening in Syria to the west and raise awareness about the impact of terrorism on Syria’s cultural heritage.
