Hasaka, SANA- The Mar Aphrem choir of the Religious Education Center in the Cathedral of Mar Georges for the Syriac Orthodox in Hasaka organized a celebration on the occasion of Christmas and New Year ceremonies which included religious chants and national songs for spreading the values of love and peace.
Al-Jazeera and Euphrates Bishop for the Syriac Orthodox, Mar Morris Imsih, said in a statement to SANA that the evening with its great religious and spiritual meanings is a meeting for spreading love and prayers for the peace to prevail all the world and for God to help Syria and its people, army and leadership and the upcoming year to bring good for all the country.
