Damascus, SANA- The Health Ministry on Sunday announced registering 125 new coronavirus cases in Syria, adding that 57 coronavirus patients have recovered while 12 others have passed away.
In a statement, the Ministry indicated that the number of the recorded coronavirus cases in Syria has reached up to 9,166 till now, of which 4,376 have recovered and 518 have passed away.
The first coronavirus case was recorded in Syria on March 22nd for a person who came from abroad while the first coronavirus death was reported on the 29th of the same month.
