Indian film director: People’s Assembly elections are evidence of the Syrian people adherence to their unity and national belonging

New Delhi, SANA-The director and Indian actor, Akbar Khan, affirmed that the holding of People’s Assembly elections represents an evidence of Syrian people’s adherence to their unity and national belonging.

“I visited this great country and met its civilized people and their desire to live in safety and peace in their land “he told SANA correspondent in New Delhi.

He pointed out that the Syrians are still committed to their steadfastness and unity, and to the preservation of their homeland despite the terrorist war against Syria and destruction and killing caused by terrorism.

Khan considered that conducting this constitutional merit represents an important step in the return stability and peace to Syria and its rejection to foreign interference in its affairs.
